The Denver Nuggets came into Portland on Wednesday night looking for some consistency on the road and more importantly to exorcise some demons from the last time they played in Portland.  Despite some dreadful FT shooting from the Nuggets, Denver won a gutsy game 111-109. The NBA returned to action on Tuesday night and The Nuggets looking to end their three game losing streak, returned from the All Star break and were able to avenger their triple OT loss to the Boston Celtics on February 9th. After the gut wrenching triple OT loss to Boston on Sunday, tonight the Nuggets suffered another depressing loss, dropping their record to 33-20 on the year. Rudy Gay scored his only bucket of the 2nd half with a baseline jumper with 4.8 seconds to go to give Toronto the 1 point win.
