Wow!! If you’re a Nuggets fan and you missed the BBVA Rising Stars Challenge showcasing the league’s top Rookies and sophomores, I’m truly sorry. Kenneth Faried was all Manimal tonight! Think he took this game as exhibition? No way.
Faried was simply untouchable tonight; he was a monster on both ends of the court. Faried threw down some ferocious dunks and even hit a 3. Yes the game had little defense but Faried was playing like it was a playoff game.
The Manimal finished with 40points and 10 rebounds and took home the MVP award. Team Chuck beat Team Shaq 163-135.
Bottom line, the man drafted 22nd by the Nuggets in last year’s draft is proving that he will be a force in the NBA for years to come!

Dude, Manimal is freaking insane. I know it was 40 points in a game without defense, but how much of a steal at 22 overall in the draft does Faried look like for the Nuggets? I mean c’mon now, Faried is such a beast. What an exciting All-Star Rising Stars game that was for the Nuggets fans!
